So, you're probably wondering who an Uppity Woman like Tapati would marry. Well, let me answer that question. I'm Dave...or Don at work, since there are too many Daves already. I am a white male...and consider myself straight. Right now, I know most women would wonder how a bi fat radical feminist could even think about being with a man. I'm not here to change your mind about her choice, or debate why she isn't a true feminist by marrying me. If she wants to cover that topic, that's her choice.
I could sit here and try to convince you I am pro fat, pro women, pro choice, etc. etc. Having never met me, those words would be cheap, though. All I can do is write what is bothering me about the world, and speak out about things that I feel strongly about.
Most men don't want to hear it, but Elaine Charkowski is right on target. Know what I think? Let's chemically or otherwise castrate most men, and boost their estrogen levels. I feel we are well on our way to overpopulation, but we could keep a select few men for breeding purposes. Or better yet, castrate 'em all, and let science create the babies for us. I'm dead serious...
So, I voted for Clinton 2x. While I agree he has done much more for women and minorities than a republicrat... his stance on gay issues is less than stellar. Gays in the military should be a non-issue...but it is. We could debate the whole concept of the military, the wasteful spending, etc. On this one point, though...I feel if someone wants to serve that badly, let them. I have never been in the military, nor was my father. My grandfather was in WWII, but that was a different time. Now it's just private little wars to test out the cool new toys that the boys built WITH OUR MONEY!
Forget about homeless people. Forget about socioeconomally depressed races or genders. Let's build carbon fiber bomblets, so that we can knock out power over Kosovo, a soverign nation that WE NEVER DECLARED WAR AGAINST. I am not pro-genocide, but how come what goes on around the world ignored by the U.S. Gov't, unless it's in Europe? Because they're white people...I guess to the so-called leaders in charge, everyone else JUST DOESN'T MATTER!!
Clinton the sex addict...For all the things his administration did for women, that basically wiped it out, in my opinion. Irrespective of what Monica wanted, or was trying to get out of it...the man is a dirty old horndog, and quite possibly a sex offender (at the very least a lying, dishonest husband and father. If I was Hillary, I would've dumped him long ago, and taken Chelsea with me).
I consider myself liberal with one exception...I like guns. In a later issue, I'll deal with my take on the whole gun issue. Before you get your hackles up, consider this...Many people didn't care when it was only Black and Hispanic people getting shot in the inner city. But oh my!, when it's white suburban kids shooting up their high school, how righteous we all get. Now gun control is the flavor of the day. We all must ban guns. How hypocritical it was of Clinton to deplore the Colombine shootings, yet at the same time the news was running full coverage of us dropping hundreds of bombs on innocent civilians. We spent over a billion dollars on the Kosovo war...and killed how many people? Yet Clinton sits up there and deplores media, game and other violence. I haven't seen such a disconnect in a long time...you can't say violence is bad, yet at the same time bomb the hell out of a country we aren't even officially at war with!
Many right wing groups are hoarding weapons..waiting for Y2K. Think I'm alarmist if you must, but what better time for a race war than the almost guaranteed confusion of the new millenium? There will be some people who want the worst to happen...there are enough to guarantee in some places, it probably will. The media and gov't are trying to calm the sheeple, they don't want a full scale war. Everything will be fine, they say. Sure..and when Jan 1, 2000 hits, and the military plus National Guard troops are out there, and our stealth bombers are dropping bombs on innocent civilians, don't say I didn't tell you. Radical? Probably. Extreme? Possibly. Am I speaking about an unlikely occurance, and am just crazy...that's for you to decide. I believe what I need to in order to survive. I am not a survivalist, but I am taking steps to assure I will be around next year. Society will melt down if we let it...even if we try to stop it, it might anyway.
You know, maybe this is a great opportunity. A time for us to band together, and weed out the radical hate groups that are becoming more prevalant each day. We all need to get together to stand firm against the people with narrow minds, who preach violent intentions against anyone who is not "White, Straight and proud to hate". I'm tired of those people...it's time for a major change Our time is here...
